Sweep Picking Exercise 2

This sweep picking exercise will help build your sweep picking agility, as well as help you learn some different arpeggios. There are two arpeggios in this lick that are not the normal major or minor shapes. They are a Major seventh and a Minor seventh. These are two arpeggios that can really add to a solo or melody. The only notes different between them and major/minor arpeggios is the added seventh. It gives a subtle change to the arpeggios and helps spice up sweeping to get away from straight major and minor sweeps.

Things to watch out for are the slides and hammer on and pull offs. Make sure to keep in time and keep the dynamics relatively the same as the rest of the lick.
